NAGGL- Understanding the SOP 50-10
Target: A course designed for all lending staff, new and experienced, who must understand 7(a) guaranteed loan processing regulations. Topics include: SBA 7(a) program parameters, SBA lender responsibilities, SBA loan eligibility, SBA credit criteria, and SBA loan conditions. Course presenter will be a NAGGL representative. Environmental/ Business Valuations / Appraisals
Target: Credit Underwriters, Business Development Officers, SBA Department Managers and Credit Administration. NAGGL- Advanced Documentation and Closing
Target: Loan Processors and SBA Department Managers. This will be a two day course designed to help the Lender ensure that documents they assemble comply with the SOP’s, SBA Loan Authorization, and sound lending practices. Topics include: Key loan closing issues, tax, lien and judgement searches, third parties, loan modification issues, franchise agreements and affiliation issues. Preserving the SBA Guaranty
Target: All SBA 7(a) lenders. This course will cover the hot topics that protect your guaranty from the underwriting stage through the closing and funding stage of a loan.
