NAGGL- Advanced Documentation and Closing
Target: Loan Processors and SBA Department Managers. This will be a two day course designed to help the Lender ensure that documents they assemble comply with the SOP’s, SBA Loan Authorization, and sound lending practices. Topics include: Key loan closing issues, tax, lien and judgement searches, third parties, loan modification issues, franchise agreements and affiliation issues. Course presenter will be a NAGGL representative. Attendees will be on their own for lunch.
